I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right next to a large mall. The amenities in the room were quite pleasing, especially the bed and pillows. Housekeeping service was commendable, with Ms. Shanti being a highlight of my stay. However, I did find the overall service lacking warmth, and the breakfast spread could definitely use some improvement.

I stayed at the hotel recently and found it to be a decent choice for a budget stay, especially given its excellent location near a mall and metro station. However, there were noticeable cleanliness issues, including a strange smell in the hallway and some maintenance needed in the bathrooms. The staff was wonderfully attentive and helped make my stay more pleasant, but the overall feel of the hotel could use some improvement.

However, the breakfast options were limited, and the cleanliness in the dining area could improve.
